A couple keeps Netflix, Amazon Prime, and JioHotstar “just in case,” plus YouTube Premium on family. Each looks cheap. None of them talk to each other. AutoPay is on.

Adobe still says $54.99. Your bank does not.
A designer pays Creative Cloud in dollars, ChatGPT Plus in dollars, and Netflix in rupees. The card statement is a jumble of merchants. Mentally, “fifty-five dollars” still feels like fifty-five rupees of pain.

Spotify on the same UPI as the office Figma
A founder’s PhonePe pays personal music, a gym trial that converted, and business SaaS. GST invoices need work tools only. The bank SMS does not know the difference.
Add every plan you can name in five minutes: Netflix, Prime, Hotstar, Spotify, Adobe, ChatGPT, cloud, gym. Amount, currency, cycle, next date. If you only remember “something on the 12th,” add it anyway — you can edit later. The leak is almost never one plan; it is the ones you stopped noticing.
Home totals convert foreign-currency seats to INR so $20 is not mentally “twenty.” The row still shows $. Mark a charge paid when you have settled it. Biggest commitments are yearly on purpose: a ₹399 recharge every 28 days can outrank a “cheap” annual plan.
Personal and business are separate profiles, not colour tags. Put OTT on personal. Put Figma, domains, and Adobe on business — with GST details if you invoice. Netflix should never appear on a work book because it shared a UPI ID.
Reminders use WhatsApp because that is where people in India actually look. Two days before renewal, and before a saved card expires. We only mark a message sent when WhatsApp accepts it. Cancelling a plan still happens in Netflix, Adobe, or your UPI AutoPay list — SubTrakr is the warning, not the merchant.
