Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to SubTrakr at subtrakr.me and our mobile applications (the “Service”), provided by Akshara Technologies. By using the Service you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. The Service

SubTrakr helps you manually track subscriptions, payment methods, renewals, and related insights. We do not process payments to Netflix, Adobe, or other merchants on your behalf. Early access may include incomplete features that change without notice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract under applicable law.

3. Accounts

• Keep OTP destinations and devices under your control.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service or threaten other users.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer the Service unlawfully, overload infrastructure, scrape in a way that harms availability, upload unlawful content, or use SubTrakr to violate others’ rights.

5. Intellectual property

The SubTrakr name, logo, and software are owned by Akshara Technologies or its licensors. You retain ownership of the subscription data you enter; you grant us a licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service.

6. Pricing

Early access is currently free. We may introduce paid plans later. Material pricing changes will be communicated in-product or by email where we have a contact address. See Pricing.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is”. Financial insights depend on data you enter and third-party rates; they are not professional accounting, tax, or investment advice. WhatsApp and push delivery may fail due to carrier or platform limits outside our control.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Akshara Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits arising from use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the prior 12 months or (b) INR 2,000.

9. Termination

You may delete your account in-app. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these Terms. Provisions that by nature should survive (IP, disclaimers, liability limits) survive termination.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived.
